• Open Innovation Project Manager (Life Sciences, Chemistry & Material Sciences)

  • Job Purpose/ Role:

As a Project Manager, you’ll be managing significant Open Innovation projects for Inospin’s customers. This role will involve both Management skills toward your team and communication skills with our customers. This is a crucial role within the team for you to take on a lead role in managing strategic innovation projects with some of our key customers.

You’ll manage the development and delivery of the solution to meet the customer’s needs, working with External Innovation teams, aligning the necessary resources and skills, within agreed timescales and quality. You’ll work with your team of project coordinators to lead and support projects of varying size and complexity.

You will join our Project Management team in Europe, working directly with the Company’s top management.

• • Profile requirements for Life Sciences position:

    • Scientific education in Biology, Pharma, Biotech (Masters degree or PhD)

  • Profile requirements for Chemistry & Material Sciences position:

    • Scientific education in Chemistry or Material sciences (Masters degree or PhD)

  • Other compulsory requirements

    • Fluent English
    • Experience in project management is preferred.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced international start-up environment and ability to multi-task.

  • Contract and wage:

    • You will start with a fixed-term contract potentially leading to a permanent contract
    • Individual offers will be proposed according to your profile and experience

• Business Developer

Inospin team is looking for highly motivated business developers.

• • The Role:
    • The key objective of this role is to increase revenue for Inospin’s business by onboarding new customers.

• Assistant Project Manager

Selected candidates will work on Open Innovation programs of top industrial companies in an international, scientific and vibrating environment. You will learn to use project management methods and tools.

• • Scientific education and fluent English are compulsory.
  • No prior experience is required. We are more interested in your motivation.
  • Communication and relation skills are a plus as you shall be willing to engage in a business conversation.
  • Place of work: Prague, Czech Republic

• Assistant Business Developer

Selected candidates will participate in the launch of new products, help establish business and marketing strategies for Open Innovation R&D programs of top industrial companies. You will learn to set up a business strategy and use associated CRM tools.

  • No prior experience or degrees in business is required. We are more interested in your motivation.
