In this episode, Jolanta Idkowiak-Baldys, Research Fellow at Avon’s New Technology Department will share her experience in external collaboration. Jolanta joined Avon in 2010 and has over 15 years of research experience. Mrs. Idkowiak-Baldys was published in multiple peer-reviewed journals and holds several industry patents. PhD from Utah State University and postdoctoral training from Medical University of South Carolina. Specializes in Cell Biology and Biochemistry. She has strong expertise in skin biology, especially in the area of aging, acne, and skin disorders.
